3.1 The committee may formulate a city plan to fulfill any or all of the following objectives:- 3.1.1 Physical development of the city in an integrated manner in any part of Nepal …………, 3 .1.2 Reconstruction, expansion and development of the ongoing city and construction of a new city, 3.1.3 Determining the land-use area for city development, determining the standards of physical development that can be done in such an area and based on the population density of such area, roads, transportation , providing services and facilities such as electricity, drainage, sanitation, open areas, etc. 3.2 According to sub-section 3.1, the city planning made by the committee shall be approved by the Ministry. 3.3 Notice with detailed details of the city plan approved by the Government of Nepal ……………. It should be published in the Nepal Gazette for public information.
